Our rules:

Location: We now have 2 locations in Kaka'ako; 839 Queen St and 716 Cooke St. You will be called to confirm your appointment along with the location of your appointment 1-2 days prior to your appointment date. At this time, both of our locations share the same staff, so we appreciate your flexibility with the possible changes in location. There is free parking in front of both locations. Please call us when you are in front of the building so we can meet you at your car for curbside pick up/drop off.

-Appointments are required and one/two groomers tend to the spa appointment for each cat.
-For your cat’s safety, along with the guests at our cat hotel, we require updated FVRCP vaccination and monthly flea treatment prior to their appointment.
-We require a credit card on file in order for your appointment to be confirmed.
-Please be courteous: We ask that you show up for your appointment 5 minutes early or on time, as we are a small business and have back-to-back slots filled up!
-If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be asked to reschedule without your deposit refunded.
-For your cat’s safety and our safety, we require the cat to be in a carrier, and leash/collar free, during their transportation in your car and at our facility.
-Please prep your kitty for a stress-free day by you yourself not rushing and having a stressful energy. Your kitty reacts to how you are feeling!

-Sometimes kitties are not able to complete a bath or cut, whether they are too stressed or become aggressive toward our staff. We will then discontinue the service and call you.
-You will not be charged for the service that we are not able to perform.
-We do our best to perform all requested service. As cats’ behavior is unpredictable in a new environment, we cannot promise a complete job, it all depends on the temperament of your cat!
-Our appointment times are approximate, as sometimes it takes shorter or longer than the estimated time that we provide. All kitties are different!
-We do our best to completely dry the cat, however we do not guarantee a completely dry cat returned back to the owner. Depending on the stress level and temperament of the cat, they may not be completely dry.
-We will not groom your cat if we find live fleas on them.
-If your cat is especially dirty and the groomer cannot completely rid your cat of all dirt with just one wash, you will be additionally charged for a Multiple Wash Treatment.
-We will communicate everything thoroughly to the owner.
-Thank you for your understanding that cat grooming is the most complex type. We will do our best to give your kitty the best treatment possible!
