Use your phone number when paying invoices and checking out in-person to accrue points.
How does the Loyalty Points Program benefit you? Your profile builds points that can be redeemed for discounts either in person or on the online retail boutique.
Please note: this is different from your profile when you make a request to stay at our hotel. The loyalty points profile is exclusively integrated with our SQUARE system to collect payment via check-out or when we send you invoices :)
We cannot back log points from previous purchases, but don’t worry; you can sign up now and get points going forward. Thank you for your understanding, as we are a small local business.

To save you time at check-out and for future payments, please take a minute to fill out your profile NOW.
When you click on the link to sign up, you will be prompted to “sign up or check in”. Click that black button.
Put in your preferred phone number to use for your profile YOU CAN ONLY CHOOSE ONE PHONE NUMBER.
If you use your cell phone number, you will receive a confirmation text with a link to track your points.
You can check your point balance at anytime.
when paying your invoice online
When paying your invoice online, go to the top right corner and it will prompt you to put in your phone number.
IMPORTANT: Make sure you put in your phone number before paying to collect points!

At check-out, you will be asked to enter your phone number for your points at the beginning of the transaction.
If you have a reward you may redeem it then!
You can only redeem your accrued points in-person or our online retail store. You cannot redeem when paying an invoice.
Points never expire! So you can build up as much as you want or redeem as much as you are eligible to!
