**Membership is paid 2 months upfront (first and final appointment prepaid), so you will be charged for the final month at the time of the first appointment. Cancellations must be done a month in advance. Monthly memberships are a “use it or lose it” basis, and will not be refunded if the appointment for that month is missed.
